The sector of the industry that currently practicing &/or in the past : He has over 25 years of practical experience in general insurance, and has worked in various capacities like strategic planning, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, product development, technical training, legal compliance and information technology in a number of leading composite insurers and insurance broking organizations, both in Hong Kong and China. At present, he is the Director of loss adjusting firm specialized in loss recovery and liability claim, and the Chief Executive of a captive insurance consultancy firm, specialized in Logistics, Forwarding and Hualage Services. He is also the Program Director and Principal Lecturer of various insurance academies focused on CPD courses for insurance intermediary, and very often the guest speaker for the seminars/workshops as arranged by insurance associations for the topics covering general insurance, agency law, tort law, insurance law and risk management.

Current &/or past position held in insurance industry institutions : Since June, 2012, he has been appointed to be the member of Hong Kong Advisory Board at The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. And, he was also appointed as Independent Member of Discipline Committee at Professional Insurance Brokers Association for the year of 2013 and 2014.
